The Hospital Club membership brochure
This is a brochure that folds out vertically to mirror the experience of moving throughout The Hospital Club’s seven floors. Juxataposed crops of images and objects from the club sit together and different combinations of these are revealed as the brochure unfolds. This represents the club’s ethos of ‘connect, create, collaborate’. These are combined with spliced images of the club and events which give a hint of the flavour and atmosphere to be found in the private members club for people in the creative industries.
The brochure has been designed and created by With Relish’s Sarah Hyndman in conjunction with The Hospital Club’s Alice Wilson. Sarah Hyndman explains “It combines design elements from both creatives and has been an exciting collaboration as the combination of our ideas and styles have created something that’s both on-brand and fresh for the organisation.”
New With Relish website
It was time for a new With Relish website. This showcases the projects on the home page so at a glance you can see the range and quality of work we do, and where new projects will be uploaded as they are completed. It’s a work in progress, the blog, shop and a new boutique stock image library are yet to be added.
Rescued Books
It seems wrong to throw away a book, even if it’s falling apart or it’s been usurped by the interactive map on my shiny mobile phone. This is a series of prints that gives the damaged books I come across a new home and gives a nod to the printed page. The prints will gradually change colour over time as the pages yellow and the white ink appears to get brighter by contrast.
The first titles will be launched at the Unlimited Editions shop as part of Open House in Brighton.
Random Project 2012 Branding & Website
The Random Project 2012 identity and website have been creative by Sarah Hyndman of With Relish. The identity combines Knochen and Lubalin Graph typefaces to create a modular system which can be adapted for a wide range of scenarios.
Typefaces
Lubalin Graph is by Herb Lubalin. It’s a slab serif font which retains a geometric appearance and the large x-height of the Avant Garde Gothic on which its design was based. Knochen is by graphic designer and typographer Martin Aleith from the Berlin-based collective Pfadfinderei.
Website
Typekit Fonts for WordPress: Museo Slab Serif and Museo Sans Serif.
